1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you and JeetoAll governing your use of the website and all associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any part of the JeetoAll platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply alongside any specific rules, policies or promotional terms that JeetoAll publishes separately — including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any bonus-specific terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the more specific document will take precedence for that matter.

JeetoAll reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create a JeetoAll account and use the platform's services, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or otherwise restricted from accessing such platforms under any applicable self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current personal information during registration.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.

JeetoAll may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age or payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Providing false information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with no return of funds.

3. Account Rules

Each user may only hold one active JeetoAll account. If JeetoAll determines that a user holds more than one account — regardless of the name, email address or payment method used — all accounts will be closed and any pending withdrawals or bonus balances will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your JeetoAll account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made and any communications sent through your account. You must keep your login credentials confidential at all times and must not share your account with any other person.

JeetoAll accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign or otherwise transfer your account to another person. Doing so is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. If your personal details, payment information or contact details change, you must update your account accordingly. JeetoAll cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from outdated account information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on JeetoAll are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). JeetoAll supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets.

The payment method used for deposits must be in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits made using accounts or cards belonging to someone other than the registered JeetoAll account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of transactions.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at JeetoAll's discretion.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe displayed at the time of request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being handled. JeetoAll is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

Withdrawals will only be processed back to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds or that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. JeetoAll reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including identity verification and proof of payment ownership.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on JeetoAll are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules that apply. These rules are available within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms.

Bets are only accepted and confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference. An unconfirmed bet is not valid. JeetoAll is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues, technical errors or any other factor outside JeetoAll's control.

JeetoAll reserves the right to void any bet — before or after settlement — in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event or market that was incorrectly priced due to a technical error or human mistake.
• The bet was placed after the event or market outcome had already been determined.
• Evidence of match manipulation, corruption or unusual betting patterns associated with the event.
• Any other circumstances where JeetoAll determines that accepting or settling the bet would be contrary to the platform's fair use principles.

Maximum payout limits apply to all bets. If a bet's potential winnings exceed the applicable maximum payout for that market, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum. Maximum payout amounts are displayed within the relevant betting markets.

Cricket betting, including PSL, T20 internationals and other Pakistan cricket fixtures, is covered under specific cricket betting rules available on the platform. In-play betting markets are offered at JeetoAll's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time during an event.

6. Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games, live casino and slot titles available on JeetoAll are provided for entertainment purposes. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems and are independent of previous results. JeetoAll does not manipulate game outcomes.

Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers and are subject to their respective game rules in addition to JeetoAll's general Terms. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the game outcome will be determined according to the provider's established disconnection policy.

Slot games on JeetoAll operate within the Return to Player (RTP) percentages stated for each individual title. These percentages represent long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or spin.

JeetoAll reserves the right to add, remove or modify casino and slot titles available on the platform at any time and without prior notice. The availability of specific games may also vary based on technical or operational requirements.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

JeetoAll offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made. These general Terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state that a bonus is withdrawable as cash immediately, all bonuses must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered across eligible games or betting markets before a withdrawal request will be approved.

• Bonuses are credited to your account at JeetoAll's discretion and may be withdrawn at any time if JeetoAll suspects the offer is being abused.
• Only one bonus offer may typically be active at a time unless the promotion terms specifically permit stacking.
• Bonus funds and real money funds in your account may be tracked separately. Real money funds are generally used first unless a promotion's terms specify differently.
• JeetoAll may cancel a bonus at any time if the account holder is found to be in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion's conditions.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through technical means, multiple accounts, or coordinated betting patterns constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account action.

JeetoAll reserves the right to modify, suspend or permanently discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any promotional offer communicated via external channels — including social media — is subject to verification by JeetoAll's support team before being applied to an account.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JeetoAll. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and permanent closure of your account:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to access, navigate or interact with the platform.
• Placing bets on both sides of a market (arbitrage betting) in a manner designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, where such activity is not consistent with normal recreational betting patterns.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate the outcome of bets, casino games or promotional outcomes.
• Opening multiple accounts for any reason, including to access welcome bonuses or other new-user promotions more than once.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the JeetoAll platform to launder money in any form.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy or any other method that misrepresents your actual location for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions.
• Sharing or selling your account access credentials to any other person.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, glitch or system vulnerability on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or inappropriate communication with JeetoAll's support team or other users.

JeetoAll uses automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to identify prohibited behaviour. If JeetoAll determines that a user has engaged in any prohibited activity, all associated bets may be voided, winnings withheld and the account closed with no obligation to return deposited funds where legally permitted.

9. Responsible Gaming

JeetoAll is committed to providing an entertainment platform that encourages safe, responsible and budget-conscious use. Betting and casino games are intended to be enjoyed as a leisure activity — not as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

JeetoAll strongly encourages all users to:

• Set a personal PKR budget before each session and stick to it regardless of outcomes.
• Use bet history and account statements to track spending honestly over time.
• Take regular breaks and avoid extended uninterrupted sessions.
• Never bet money that is needed for rent, food, bills or family responsibilities.
• Contact support to request a voluntary account pause or self-exclusion if gambling is causing stress or financial difficulty.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the JeetoAll platform — including but not limited to the JeetoAll name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of JeetoAll or its respective licensors.

You may access and use JeetoAll content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with using the platform's services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any JeetoAll content without prior written permission from JeetoAll.

Any unauthorised use of JeetoAll's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe any content on JeetoAll infringes your own intellectual property rights, please contact JeetoAll's support team with full details of your claim.

11. Limitation of Liability

JeetoAll provides its platform and all associated services on an "as available" basis. While JeetoAll makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, JeetoAll does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for any losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors or service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JeetoAll's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. JeetoAll is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind.

JeetoAll is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Connectivity failures, internet outages or device-side technical issues that prevent bet placement or game access.
• Errors in information displayed on the platform that are corrected in a reasonable timeframe after discovery.
• Third-party payment processor delays or errors beyond JeetoAll's control.
• Any action taken by JeetoAll in good faith to protect the integrity of the platform, including bet voidance or account review.

12. Termination

You may close your JeetoAll account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining after deducting applicable bonus funds and pending bet settlements will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

JeetoAll reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• These Terms or any associated policy have been violated.
• JeetoAll is required to do so under applicable laws or regulations.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in JeetoAll's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed by JeetoAll due to a Terms violation or fraudulent activity, JeetoAll reserves the right to withhold any balance in that account. JeetoAll will notify the account holder of any closure by the contact details registered on the account, where doing so is practical and not contrary to any ongoing investigation.

13. Changes to Terms

JeetoAll may revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes that materially affect user rights or obligations, JeetoAll will make reasonable efforts to notify active users through the platform or via registered contact details.

Your continued use of JeetoAll after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
